Quickly moving purchaser products big Lion has shut down its IT systems just after a “cyber incident” on Tuesday.
The attack was initially documented by the Sydney Morning Herald, which mentioned the attack had “disrupted” manufacturing and distant access to systems.
“Lion has experienced a cyber incident and has taken the precaution of shutting down our IT systems, producing some disruption to our suppliers and buyers,” the organization mentioned in a quick assertion on its website.
“We’re doing the job with pro advisors to deal with the problem.
“We have alerted the authorities and are doing the job tough to minimise disruption to buyers and suppliers.
“We will deliver further updates when we can, and we thank our buyers and suppliers for their tolerance.”
