Port Huron Senior Awarded Michigan Tech Impact Scholarship

Michigan Technological University’s Faculty of Small business announces incoming pupil Ava Stoneberg as the 2020-21 Effects Scholarship recipient.

Stoneberg, daughter of David and Lisa, is a senior at Port Huron Northern Significant College.
Her achievements include serving as course president for the previous 5 yrs and
top her robotics staff to the First Robotics World Championship competition. In
addition to her scientific studies in
engineering management, Stoneberg ideas to research abroad and take part in an internship in the course of her time
at Michigan Tech.


She stated: “I am so grateful for this chance to affordably obtain an schooling

The Effects Scholarship, arranged by Michigan Tech’s Admissions Place of work, Economic Support Place of work and Faculty of Small business, is an once-a-year competitive award recognizing small business majors
and leaders at MTU. This calendar year, 25 superior university senior finalists from four states participated
in management pursuits on campus and gained renewable awards ranging from $1,000

Future year’s Michigan Tech Effects Scholarship Level of competition will be held on campus in
Houghton, Michigan, Sunday, Jan. 31, 2021, and Monday, Feb. 1, 2021. The
application to use will be available in summer 2020.
